Come enjoy our most advanced group class Basement Barbell Club. During this class we work on all of the major Olympic Lifts including Power Clean, Snatch, Jerk, Squat and Dead Lift. During this class we also do a WOD (Workout of The Day) which is designed to elevate your heart rate to maximize your results. During this class we move heavy weight and we move it FAST!!! All ages and difficulty levels welcome (14 and Up). Before attending this class members and potential members are required to take Barbell Basics Classes before attending Barbell Club classes unless training staff has confirmed that you met requirements to attend classes.
